Paper Starbursts

These are the ones that I said I was going to make here. They turned out great! I used a clear tape instead of the glue dots, because I don't have any. Once the template is made, you can whip these up really fast. I used paper I had on hand, so it is a good thing that the color scheme includes white. Double sided paper would be best, but I was not thinking about that at the time.
