| Her pink pony cake that I "need" to make again:) |
Chloe turned 3 on December 10th! I can't believe that she is 3 already! Her vocabulary has just exploded the last year. She gets frustrated with us when she is asking or telling us something and we don't understand. It takes us several times of her saying it before we get it. She can't say the "v," so she replaces it with a "b". Like Brabe instead of Brave, globes (gloves), and leabes (leaves). She also has a hard time with a hard c sound. Tonnor for Konnor, Toey for Chloe, that kind of thing.
She has such a kind spirit! She was asking me about my grandmas before Christmas and I was telling her that one of them died when Drake was a baby. For the next few days, she would come hug me with tears in her eyes and say, "Your grandma died, Mommy!" It was so cute! Little does she know that she very likely played with my grandma before she came here. That concept is a little hard for her to understand her right now.
She is a very busy little girl. She gets into everything and if she can't reach it, she uses a chair. She loves her hair done, but hates to have it combed out, loves to sit on the counter and help mix things up in the mixer. That mixer is a kid magnet! I even hint that I am going to use it and the kids are right there, ready to
Chloe is also really good at unloading the dishwasher. She puts things were they go and the things that she can't reach, she stacks on the counter, under the cupboard where they go. Drake got really mad at Chloe last week because she unloaded too many dishes and didn't leave enough for him to put away. They also fight over who gets to clean the toilets, mop the floors, and help shovel snow.
Here are a few pictures from her birthday:
| Not from her birthday, but she loves this Tag reader book she got from Grandma & Grandpa. She is always "reading" now! |
